I am having fever since day before yesterday. I took a crocon advance on that day and everything was fine till the next day. The next day i had a competition of wall climbing, post that I did swimming for an hour and on the same night i had fever. Today from morning i am having very mild headache, fever coming and going and muscle pain(that i am assuming bcoz of the activities that i did).
What should I do
