Fever come only in evening time ,
My brother age 39, suffering from fever and headache last 45 days. Fever come mainly in evening time around 4 pm everyday. After taking medicine fever gone. Lab test shows some urine infection and blood infection . Can you explain the diagnosis bacause Doctor didn't telling the exact problem . Plz help

If he has fever with cough and cold. Go for chest xray, CBC , cough ( sputum test). As you said he has urine infection and blood infection ( kindly share your report ).
