Fever after 2 time vomiting
My 3-4 year old son did 2 time vomiting last night and after that he has fever and the fever goes high in the evening.
Current he taking some syrup like paracetamol and azithrol syrup 2 time.
Please advise some treatment to get well soon.

you can use vomikind 2ml and kindly avoid paracetamol hence it may cause gastric irritation t.
