Fever after 2 time vomiting
My 3-4 year old son did 2 time vomiting last night and after that he has fever and the fever goes high in the evening. Current he taking some syrup like paracetamol and azithrol syrup 2 time. Please advise some treatment to get well soon.

What other symptoms is he having. Fever means he is having some infection. Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all. Safety of the medicines is a major issue when you are to give any medicine to your child
