You didn't mention since when you are having cough & fever.
If it is since more than a week, & of the rise of temperature is mainly in the evening, I would suggest you to go for some tests & consult a doctor.
Usually, we suspect tuberculosis, if the cough continues for more than 2 weeks with evening rise of temperature.
