Never take tablets like that because dolo 650 is enough for adult dose if fever recipes have it after 6hrs or 5hrs never take 2doses at a time Have a look to physician near to you if fever didn't come down after 4day too and get checked your complete blood test with malaria and other tests

Dolo 650 could be taken every 6 hours.  Avoid taking another dolo if it is within 6 hours after taking the previous tablet. Fever anywhere around a 100 and tolerable could be left as such. If u feel that you are not able to tolerate it, i would advice you to have a cold water fomentation to bring down the temperature. If it doesnt respond to that as well, visit a nearby clinic for any iv drugs if necessary. Is it just fever that you are having or is it with some other symptoms like sore throat, abdominal pain, loose stools, joint and head ache etc?
Next Steps
Since it has been 2 days since you have had fever, we could test you for some common conditions, especially dengue (with the epidemic in mind) Visit any clinic to get it checked up.
