First of all the question is why did you need to take 4 Dolos in 20 min?
If it was an acute pain issue then the idea would be to resolve it by asking the question to a specialist and then using a shorter acting medication . If your kidney function is compromised already then you can have issues with overdosage .

U can consider it as loading dose. It's very rare to get side effect. May be acidity some weak Ness. So consume plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk. Light diet.
Paracetamol could taken 1 gm every 6 hours in a day.4 Dolo tablets are unlikely to cause severe damage to the liver.However you can check your liver enzymes and repeat it after 2 days.
Dolo can be taken 6hourly in a 24hr period i.e 4 times a day
It doesn’t seem like you took 4 Dolo’s for only pain and fever per se
Any medicine on an average requires 30mins - 1 hr to start it’s action except IV medications which are directly injected into the bloodstream
