First of all the question is why did you need to take 4 Dolos in 20 min? If it was an acute pain issue then the idea would be to resolve it by asking the question to a specialist and then using a shorter acting medication . If your kidney function is compromised already then you can have issues with overdosage .
Next Steps
Weight the risks and benefits before taking the meds

Paracetamol could taken 1 gm every 6 hours in a day.4 Dolo tablets are unlikely to cause severe damage to the liver. However you can check your liver enzymes and repeat it after 2 days.

Dolo can be taken 6hourly in a 24hr period i.e 4 times a day It doesn’t seem like you took 4 Dolo’s for only pain and fever per se Any medicine on an average requires 30mins - 1 hr to start it’s action except IV medications which are directly injected into the bloodstream Kindly avoid such future self-medication as it can be severely injurious to your health Whenever you feel your health conditions are uncontrollable visit your nearest clinic/hospital As of now don’t do anything Nothing is more likely to happen Rest easy and put a cold clothe on your forehead and lie down comfortably Make sure someone is with you at this point of time

Paracetamol is a relatively safe drug but can have certain side effects. No need to panic but do watch for symptoms like Abdominal pain/discomfort, Bleeding from multiple sites, nausea, vomiting or any difficulty in breathing or decrease in orientation.
Next Steps
It would be better to visit a doctor and keep yourself under observation for some time as the symptoms may take certain time to show up. Do certain investigations like CBC, LFT, PT, APTT INR
