My mom has sheehan syndrome, taking cortisol 15 mg Thyroid 75mg daily and l4 l5 operation last year and yesterday took zelodronic injection and since night fever, muscle pain, and now talking illogical and nonsensical and urine output is low and using catheter,pls tell me what to do
