Hi, Fever is a common protective mechanism of the body that immune system is fighting to some infection. Take paracetamol 500 MG for fever you can take every 6 hours as and when fever will be there. If fever with any other symptoms or fever persisting for more  than 3 days visit a physician. Hope this might be helpful to you.
