Fever, Chest pain and Diarrhea
I had fever two days ago and it stopped yesterday. Now, I have a terrible chest pain that worsens of I exert effort otherwise the pain lessens. My left arm and hand also felt numbness and weakness. I also have diarrhea.

Dear ,as u said since two days u had fever fallowed by chest pain ,diarrhea .

I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be assessed and undergo further evaluation to find the underlying cause of the problem. It is likely that you may have muscle spasms and reduced electrolytes. I would advise you to drink ORS and keep yourself well hydrated(Aim at drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water every day). Kindly don't skip meals and have a liquid diet containing soups and juices and you can slowly increase it to solid consistency depending on how you can tolerate it. If the condition is persistent and worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
