Fever and weakness loss of appetite
I have low grade fever from last 2 month it comes and go weekness and loss of appetite I done all the test cbc,USG of whole abdomen urine test,typhoid and malaria test but everything was fine but fever occur and go own and again comes after some days

Have u recorded fever every time it comes.. Or ypu just feel feverish..

This is definitely a fever of unknown origin by definition. Have you taken a Chest X-Ray- PA view? I need to know detailed history of fever and any other symptoms, reports and medication history.

Make a temperature chart 4 hourly. Light meals at regular intervals. Plenty of fluid intake. Tablet Paracetamol 650 mg SOS after food.
