Fever and watery stools.

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Today its been 4th day. I m getting fever on 1st day on 100 . then i took crocin eaten for 2 day then on 3rd day having stomach cramps and watery stool. Plz help m veryvupset with it feeling very low.
