Corona Virus, continuous fever @ 100°

My father has already got one dose of COVID vaccine in the March end. Now he is tested positive in COVID test. He is having fever continuously from 100°F-101°F since 4 days. He is on some medications as mentioned in his profile. He also has gas problem. He is not coughing much. Infact he is coughing very less. There is no chest pain or breathing problems up till now. Only symptoms he is showing is no smell no taste with fever. The main problem is he is having continuous fever & it is not going down. It sometimes goes to 99°F but not less than that. He is having काढ़ा everyday in morning & evening. He drinks luke warm water. He also takes steam of water+salt+turmeric both in morning & evening. He also takes a walk on terrace in evening everyday. He is able to blow a शंख easily. He drinks milk tea in evening. Right now his food habits are normal. Like chapati, vegitables, 1 glass of milk in night, daliya in snacks. Please help me I'm too much worried about him. Pls tell me do's & don'ts.
