Stomachache and mild fever
Hi Doctor, I am having fever around 100 degrees not more than that. I also had loose stool thrice today and the stool was not watery but in small chunks. I am also having mild pain on left of my navel. Also I am having extreme weakness and back pain. The person staying at my neighbour is covid positive but he had cold and fever. I am not having any cold like symptoms. I didn't have any close contact with him but as he is residing beside my flat I am skeptic of the same. I didn't eat anything from outside so how can I get stomach infection. Please suggest if any such symptoms exist for covid and advice on the next steps.

Most likely it's COVID. Take online consultation for further work up and proper management. Don't ignore your symptoms.
