You please visit the pediatrician again , it can be a viral fever still but needs to be examined before starting antibiotics. And if required investigation.

In my opinion it is not good to keep changing antibiotics every day . The cause of fever should be first assessed on video call . If it is a viral fever it does not need antibiotics , it needs only supportive treatment . So do not panic . Keep vomiting and fever under control with medicines . Give lot of water and other fluids. Cont feeding what he likes . Stop antibiotics . Keep in touch with doctor so that they can decide if investigations are needed . All the best . Lot of pediatricians like me are available for video consultations .

I suggest first you do CBC, CRP, Urine routine and culture test and then consult online with the reports today evening (only urine culture report will not be there by that time but from the other reports assessment can be done).
Next Steps
Investigation
Health Tips
