Tab zerodol sp3 times half half half after food.
Rantac tab one in empty stomach.
Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3 times. For hiccup.

Check for blood investigations CBC, CRP and visit again..
And for hiccups take a tablet of Liofen-5mg one tablet daily for 2 days
