Fever and headache
I had fever and was shivering while in shift on Thursday night 21st oct). Took Dolo 650 immediately and was well for the next 4 to 5 hrs. The fever started again and accompanied by severe headache and body ache, took Dolo again but the headache continues while fever subsides. 23rd Oct the fever, Headache and body ache comes again so took Paracetemol injection after which headache and fever were gone. But now body ache and sometimes mild fever almost started again.. Need help

Get your CBC and dengue tested. It may be viral. Take plenty of liquids orally and better to take consult so that medicines can be prescribed. Keep taking dolo in case of fever
