Fever and fatigue
Hello,
I have mild low grade fever since past 4 days, headache, dry cough and sneezing not so severe, itchy eyes, myalgia, stomach discomfort and loss of appetite.
I took dolo 650 mg 2 times per day for past two days.
For some time I feel relieved but again I start getting the same symptoms.
Can you please suggest me a complete remedy for this as all the primary care clinics are shut due to covid19.

Low grade fever maybe occurs due to many reasons. Need proper history and evaluation
