Fever and cough
My 7year old daughter is having fever with cough since 2days.. Gave p 250 syrup and fever reduces but again comes back..Due to lock down don't want to go out..what can be done?

As per recent Delhi government directive all cases of fever with cough in hot spot area should get covid testing done. And in non hotspots fever cough with difficulty breathing should get testing

Continue giving her Paracetamol and also add Syp solvin cough 5 ml three times a day for 3 days

Continue Syp.P250 5 to 6 ml 6 th hrly and Give Syp.Mucolite 5ml three times a day.. if her condition doesn’t Improve in 2 to 3 days you can get back.
