Fever and cold
Day 1 - I had 102 fever today. After taking Azithromycin, My body temperature is back to normal and I am feeling good too. I just wanted to understand that was it viral fever or it was just due to exertion? Is it possible to experience a fever tomorrow morning as well?

Information is incomplete. What was the pattern of ur fever? Was there any associated symptoms? Why did you took Azithromycin? What was the dose? How many days did u took? And please donot take antibiotics unless prescribed by a doctor.

According To your sign and symptom and the history you are suffering from acute upper respiratory tract vinfection so you should take consultation from a good doctor to make correct diagnosis and correct treatment. You want to know that's how that's infection have occurred in your body then for that you should take consultation and tell me the history of you.
