Fever after scaling is unlikely to happen. Weakness or sore throat never occur. These are not post scaling symptoms. Visit a General Physician for the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician.

Usually scaling is a basic procedure in which with ultrasonic scaler is used to clean the calculus.
So there are rare chances of pain, fever or sore throat in this procedure.
If there is a little bleeding from the gums or if you have not taken the proper antibiotic regimen prescribed to you , you might feel a little bit Pyrexic i.e tendency to feel feverish. But Sore throat and Fever combined can not be caused as a result of scaling procedure.
