It is a low grade fever...generally viral fevers will be of high grade to start with... How many spikes if fever a day?..associated with chills or rigors?...any other symptoms like cough, sore throat , running nose, expectoration  (sputum)?... If no other symptoms other than fever...take tablet paracetamol 650mg 8th hourly for 2 days...hydrate well ( 3 to 4 litres of fluids ) a day...and if fever persists beyond 5th day...needs to investigate
