Fever 99.8 headache Hgb 8.4 Rdw 20.4
My nephew is having only fever and headache. Got blood test done on doctors advice. Wbc 10.6 Hgb 8. 5 platlets 200000 and RDW 20.4 No typhoid. Taking Cefixime 200 BD Multivitamin capsule OD Dolo650 TID from. Last 4 days but still fever and headache.
Please suggest. Is it malaria?

Just by complete blood count we cannot conclude if it's malaria or not. Plz mention fever pattern.
Is there any evening rise in temperature? Give blood sample in nearest lab for QBC assay, and Dengue antigen test. Continue your previous medications till then
