I am fever 99.5 from last 27 days from last 2 days m having gastric issue too much burp is coming due to which m feeling congestion in my chest please help

Temperature 99.7 and above orally is considered as fever. If you had such a long period of fever you will require some blood test to rule out the underlying cause.
