Hello Doctor
I have irregular periods problem since 18 years. I take oral contraceptive when I have heavy bleeding. Last cycle, I took oral contraceptive and stopped on June 10. From then, my temperature elevated to 99.5 till my periods started on June 14. My GP told not to take fever medicine as it is common before periods. Then on June 27, I had mild fever (temp 100.3) with cold, sneezing. Runny nose and cough. Took antibiotics with ENT advise and and got recovered it 2 days. My periods is due in few days. Again I felt feverish today and my temp is 100 F. I don't have any other symptoms like cold, cough or stomach upset. As, I had three episodes of elevated temperature, I took CBC test and attached the reports. Is it any cause of concern? Should I take any other test to rule of out the issue or is it because of pre menstrual symptoms. Please advise.
