What was the onset of fever like? Did you document the fever since the start? Is there shivering present? Is the patient a female or a male? What are the other symptoms? Cough? Chest pain? Burning urination? Fever is a very non specific symptom which may be due to n number of reasons. Consult with proper history.

First of plz share details of associated symptoms  like chills,sore throat , body ache,cough etc with fever and take paracetamol 650mg if fever present and do cold sponging . It would be better if u consult sm doctor , so he or she can give u proper treatment after checkup
