Yesterday temperature was 102 , she has taken combiflam but today temperature rises up to 104 plse advice

What was the onset of fever like? Did you document the fever since the start? Is there shivering present? Is the patient a female or a male? What are the other symptoms? Cough? Chest pain? Burning urination? Fever is a very non specific symptom which may be due to n number of reasons. Consult with proper history.
First of plz share details of associated symptoms like chills,sore throat , body ache,cough etc with fever and take paracetamol 650mg if fever present and do cold sponging .
