Typhoid with.high fever in night of 104
Diagnosed yesterday with typhoid. Taking medication as suggested by local doctor. Need guidance on diet and medication. At night was having fever of 104 f. Morning it is 99.5f . Need guidance on this .

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids and have a soft diet.
