My mother is suffering from high fever which isn't coming down with medicines. She got discharged from hospital on 20th she had dengue and was very critical her platelates went down to 10k. I have attached her current report. Everything seems normal what could be the reason for this fever it isn't coming down.
We got malaria ,dengue and typhoid done and all were negative. She was recovering well after coming from hospital but from 26th she started having fever which slowly grew. Even as I Write she has fever. What could be the reason?

Virus can never be detected in a CBC...fever in Dengue rarely goes down with simple paracetamol..needs more meds,please consult timely

Her fever could be related to a similar viral infection but also there may be the chance of an autoimmune condition causing this prolonged fever.
