Your lipid profile is very bad. You should look after it. I personally don't think your burning sensation in the left foot is due to disturbed lipid profile. But it calls for some physical activities directed towards Lowe limbs.

Your cholesterol and triglycerides levels are high. You may need medicine to bring down the levels along with lifestyle modification diet modification and exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day. Burning sensation in your feet may be due to peripheral neuropathy , vitamin / mineral deficiency Get your  fasting glucose level vitamin d and B12 levels and thyroid function tests done ,consult with a general physician in your area.
