It's not OK to feel depressed and anxious, this should be addressed and you can feel better. Consult a psychiatrist to know more about your problem and get the necessary treatment.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Such depression phase is quite common because of your restrictions of many other pleasurable activities due to delivery. Moreover spending most of your time within the house could definitely affect your mood, connect with external world and cause loneliness. Be positive. Make few changes in your lifestyle, daily routines to adopt some excersise, dietary changes, relaxation techniques, outdoor activities etc. It's not a major bothering issues..
