Feeling low energy
Feeling low energy and less concentration from some time. No change in diet or change in daily life. Less physical excersice and doing night shifts since last 10+ years. Do you recommend some change in diet... Unable to change the work time. Sometimes feel foot pain and restlessness. Sleeping pattern... Morning 5:30 to 10:30 and then evening 4 pm to 6 pm. Working hours 8pm to 5 am. Pls share your suggestions
