I am 25yrs and need help to understand if this is a serious issue. I feel low all the time. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is. When I wake up I feel like crying. When I say crying.. I literally cry for hours (sometime for no reason) I am also feeling like I have no interest or any focus on the things that I loved doing like cooking nd dance. I cry very often on small things. I can't express myself much when sharing things with friends or close ones as I feel lose of words.
