Feeling lightheaded and weakness
I have light headness and weakness since 6 months . Attached my cbc report everything comes normal but wbc is always 13000-14500 after medication it comes down but again get elevated . I have recently undergone for endometriosis surgery . I have tried all medications for weakness like vitamin supplements and even change my diet to good healthy diet but no difference. My crp level is also on higher side - 84 .

Crp highly raised. Uti Wbc high Infection as u said endometriosis. A full course of Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for ten. Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Chymotrypsin 3 times a day after food for 7 to ten days.

What is your, ESR? Urine report is suggesting Urinary tract infection.Have you taken any antibiotic so far for UTI? If not then take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days, Syp. Citralka 5ml every 8 hours for a week. Just before starting tab cefixime,  give morning urine sample for urine culture and drug sensitivity.
