Since two days I an having issues as if I am unable breath fully. Feeling of light suffocation. Seems like taking half breath. So have to open mouth and breath but still feel shallow. Which leads to yawning. Spo2 is 98%. Heart rate 70. Kindly guide on what can be the issue. Thanks.

There is no issue.
You should go for a jog for half an hour in the morning. You should take a break after 15 minutes and take deep breaths for 10-15 times. You have to synchronise your breathing with your other activities so that the breathing improves without any conscious effort.

Avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items.
Plan for breathing exercises.
If you're feeling bloated, take tab razo d once morning before food for 5 days.
