I have had a sedentary lifestyle for the past couple of years which led to weight gain. I have been working on myself from past 2-3 months to make myself more active. I have established a routine. But half of the days, I feel so exhausted. There are days when I just want to do nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Body has a general tendency to be in rest , if it is in rest , you are feeling discomfort because body is now acclaimed to save energy , slowly the tiredness has wean off.... Nothing to worry ...
