He has been saying "I couldn't do anything and I'm feeling low". But based on my observation he is physically good and active but he is always lying down and thinking something when he is not engaged in any works. He couldn't be happy. He don't even want to divert himself by TV, newspapers, walking. Could you please give us any suggestions?

Its not always what it looks like
A depressed person may appear completely fine
But may have negative thoughts he is battling on a daily basis
So any trigger should be taken seriously
Try to open up more and establish communication
Ask him that help in form of counseling is available if he is willing
Be a support to him
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online
All the best
