When I do relaxation techniques like yoga I feel relaxed but finally the motions are not stopping it only happens in morning after breakfast what can be done pls suggest

Hi, When you try relaxation technique do you introspect on your thoughts? This will help you to identify your stressor even if it is on a subconscious level. Since when have you been experiencing such anxiety? Do you sleep well at night? If you can help answer these questions I can probably guide you better.
