Feel Down On My Right Knee 9 Months Back - A Little Sprain Was

Feel down on my right knee 9 months back

A little sprain was present for few days after that everything was fine and I feel bit of stiffness in knee while walking like onec or twice a day and MRI scan says interstitial tear ,need to know what does it mean and will it have any future impact ,will heal on its own will it requires operation or will heal by time
