Ankle Sprain since 9 weeks
I have suffered an ankle sprain (twist) on 7th Feb'25 while playing cricket. It's been 9 weeks but still I am feeling pain. I have done my MRI CT scan (attached) please help me what should I do for speedy recovery. Also how long will it take to walk. I am not able to put weight at all. Below is MRI report - Anterior talofibular ligament appears slightly hyperintense but intact suggestive of grade I injury/sprain. Mild hyperintensity noted in the posterior talofibular ligament but without any disruption of fibres suggestive of grade I injury/sprain . Mild ankle joint effusion is noted. Focal oedema is noted in the subarticular aspect of calcaneocuboid joint with mild reduction in joint space could represent mild degenerative changes. Lateral ligament Complex  Anterior talofibular ligament appears slightly hyperintense but intact suggestive of grade I injury/sprain.  Mild hyperintensity noted in the posterior talofibular ligament but without any disruption of fibres suggestive of grad
