There is an unusual sprain in my left knee for past 2-3 weeks. I exercise in gym daily so maybe while doing some leg exercises some muscle got pulled. I am not very sure. Specially when I stand after sitting down for a long time, it hurts and pulls.
Can someone suggest me what should be the next steps to reduce the pain ? Any medication?
