Fear of Job Interviews
I am mortally scared of job interviews and such. As a result, I am in great difficulty finding a job, at this age. I just can't push myself to take a step, do something. And I frequently make errors and bad judgements, so much so that I'm reluctant to choose anything anymore. There are also a lot of other problems like weak immunity, headache, breathing issues/allergy, porn and games addiction etc. But getting a job, getting through an interview without making a stupendous amount of errors, and then actually going to office, doing stuff, earning, being an "adult" like everybody else is - these are my prime concerns now, I have to. I wish there was a magic pill I could take and turn into another person. Is there? Maybe I'm just lazy and making this blow up out of proportions, thinking myself too important. Meds: am taking Seroflo 250 and Xylomist, but forget doses often, so I guess they don't matter. Nothing matters.

hello practo user I can understand the concerns you have regarding your overall health and well being. It seems that you are lacking guidance and are unable to make decisions . It is important that you try and talk to a close family member or friend regarding the areas in life which you are feeling unsure about. Try and maintain a healthy lifestyle and a regular exercise schedule which will help you overall. Keep your medicines in a daily medicine box and put alarms or set reminders for the same. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling session. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
