It is completely alright to take small doses like 20-60 mg of Propranolol- commonly taken Beta Blocker to control physical symptoms of anxiety.
It works wonders.
No cognitive side effects.
Next Steps
I would advise to prime yourself with the drug dose- start low and note for any side effects like giddiness (commonly with posture change).
History of Asthma should be ruled out.
May cause bradycardia- watch over pulse and blood pressure should be done.
