Is it advisable to take beta blocker before interview? As my body shivers sometimes due to nervousness, does it hv any negative impact on cognitive functions?

It is completely alright to take small doses like 20-60 mg of Propranolol- commonly taken Beta Blocker to control physical symptoms of anxiety. It works wonders. No cognitive side effects.
Next Steps
I would advise to prime yourself with the drug dose- start low and note for any side effects like giddiness (commonly with posture change). History of Asthma should be ruled out. May cause bradycardia- watch over pulse and blood pressure should be done.
Health Tips
Consult psychiatrist if treatment naive before starting it.
