You need to understand basics and roots of your fear to overcome. It doesn't go away with tips and tricks you need to find out the roots and eliminate it from there for it to never return. Seek help

Hello Fear is normal and natural.. it should present in every individual and is important for our survival.. the problem arise when this fear become pathological... It takes form of anxiety and without any external stimulus people start fearing They imagine mishappens and have negetive expectancies from all events To eliminate pathological fear or anxiety start 1)deep breathing excercise 2) meditation 3)physical excercise help to relax mind and increase our mind s threshold for fear 4)socialise, make friends , remain connected with them 5) confront your fears in a graded manner
