Liver : Normal size, Shape A.P. Diameter 11.6 cm. (Normal maximum 13cm) Parenchymal shows increased fibrotic changes. Intra hepatic billary channels are not dilated Portal vein 7.4 mm (Normal maximum 13mm . And my SGPT ALT -57 SGOT ast- 26 . I have just pain...upper right abdominal just below rib cage...is it gas or liver problem plz suggested me??
