Hi Fatty liver disease is basically accumulation of fat from n the liver ( inside and outside ) which may hinder with digestion and sometimes also prevents the removal of toxins from the body. Yours is grade 1 so more of build up of fat outside the liver you should control your diet without letting it build up by maintaining diet and making efforts to lose weight. Avoid alcohol, sugars, added salts, refined flour, fried foods, red meat. Include more of green leafy vegetables, spinach, water filled fruits( avoid mango, custard apple), nuts, fish if you are non vegetarian, add sunflower seeds, chia seeds which to unsaturated fatty acids in the body.
Next Steps
Do mild exercise for about 20 to 25 mins and make sure it is not too strenuous which might aggravate your abdomen pain.
