I had a fever 6 days ago, so I took cefixim antibiotics for 3 days. The fever is gone now, but I'm experiencing fatigue, so I had a CBC blood test today. Here is the report. Could you please suggest if there is anything serious? Some parameters are out of range. Also, could you explain why I am experiencing fatigue?
WBC - 3.69
PLT - 189
PDW-SD - 2.1 ( too low)
PDW-CV - 6.3 ( too low)
Is low pdw cause of concern also comparatively low platelets.
