Gastric problem with fever for past 3 da

Asked for Female, 58 Years

My mom is 58 yrs old. She has been suffering from stomach infection along with very high fever (reading changeable) and burp for past 3 days. No other symptom is there. Feeling nausea while eating and burping most of the times and therefore getting very weak.She's a patient of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Kindly suggest me.
