She can take Pan D empty stomach once a day for nausea

2 Is it with chills
3 Does it peak twice in a day

In the meantime you can give her Tab Paracetamol and ondem tab with milk
Give this home remedy for 5 days twice a day. Steep 4 teaspoons of freshly crushed mint leaves in a cup of boiling water in 5 minutes. Drink after it cools down.
It seems your mother have got infection... So first start tab paracetamol 650 mg tds or bd according to fever...

Do investigation like CBC, LFT, ESR
