Fever from 3-4 days
Hello sir/mam my mother is having fever around 101°F from the past 3-4 days. I gave her medicines that are : Novamox-250 , Neopar plus. After taking the medicines the fever goes away but as the medicines were finished fever again came . She is also having headache,vomiting,body pain, weakness. Please suggest me what to do and what check-up and test should be done to check if she is having any disease like typhoid,malaria,jaundice etc.

First please rule out covid. Isolate the patient and get an RTPCR. Once ruled out other investigations can be recommended
