Fat over the body and weight
Is rolled oats taken with skimmed milk a low fat diet. Will this help in reducing fat? Oafs is taken by me in the morning as a breakfast then during 12.00noon i take chaach or sattu drink.. And later lunch. Is this schedule will help in reducing fat and weight

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
