I have been trying to lose my fats for the last one year. During that period since last 6 months I am following a strict diet under the guidance of professional nutrition. However I wont be able to reduce even single KG in this my fat loss journey. Currently I have changed my nutrition coach and he has asked me to follow some advanced diets like a bodybuilding Gym guy which I don't want although I do daily exercise in the Gym only, and as I am not at all a fan of building muscle. So kindly guide me on how I should design my diet and exercise plan to achieve a target of body structure like atheists ?
